Even if you’re replacing existing interactive whiteboards or other display systems there is a need to design the positioning and cabling to maximise use and leave a clean safe installation. Having installed a shade under 2000 units there aren’t many situations we haven’t seen before!

Installation of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) and digital displays is fairly standard across the many brands out there, however, our experience with Promethean, a world leading brand and the most highly awarded , has prompted AV2Education to focus on and specialise in supplying this range. We have built out a range of ancillary products such as audio systems, sound bars etc. but recommend Promethean as the heart of your interactive classroom.

All engineers hold the latest vendor certifications are fully enhanced DBS checked and only ever use the highest quality components, fixtures and fitting on our installations.
By recommending a quality brand like Promethean, we reduce the likelihood of any issues once we hand over the installation, however there are always post installation questions that we are always on hand to answer for our clients. Technical telephone support is standard and can be upgraded to on-site support on request.

Yes all Promethean products come with a 3 year warranty.*
If you have a single classroom requirement we should be able to make arrangements remotely with installation day being the only site visit needed. However if you are looking for multiple installations site surveys may be required to collect more information.
Yes we have a call back form where we can arrange a call to discuss.
We will give a short introduction to your new equipment on installation day but you can access more training with one of the Promethean training partners and there’s a huge amount of resources online including videos
The ActivPanel includes two lesson delivery software packages ActivInspire and Classflow.

After follow-up discussions based on the outcome of the configurator, these recommendations are fine tuned to your requirements, schedule and budget. A quote is produced and once accepted a purchase order should be sufficient to confirm your interest and AV2education to accept your order.
3. Installation
Our installers arrive on site ready to fit your ActivPanel efficiently and safely. We’ll install your drivers and software for you and get you up and running so that your next lesson is fun and exciting rather than scary and fraught.
